1. About Tico

Tico is a baby-care tracking service for parents and adult caregivers. It helps families record feeding, sleep, diapers, baths, tummy time, routines, notifications, and care history.

2. Adult accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must use the service as a parent, legal guardian, or adult caregiver. Do not use Tico to create an account for a child to operate independently. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for the accuracy of information you provide.

3. Care information

You are responsible for entering information only about children and family members you are authorized to manage. You retain your rights in the information and photos you submit. You give Tico the limited permission needed to host, synchronize, display, back up, and process that content to provide the service to you and the caregivers you authorize.

4. Health and safety

Tico is not a medical device, medical provider, emergency service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for a pediatrician or other qualified professional. Predictions, reminders, summaries, and suggestions are informational and may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on Tico for diagnosis, treatment, medication, feeding safety, sleep safety, or an urgent decision. Contact a qualified professional or emergency service when appropriate.

5. Subscriptions

Tico Premium may be offered as monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The applicable product, price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store or Google Play purchase sheet before confirmation. Subscriptions are billed by the store account used for purchase and renew unless cancelled through that store. Apple and Google control billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes. Tico does not receive your full payment-card number.

Tico may temporarily provide access during testing or a service transition. That does not create a permanent free plan or waive a subscription requirement in the future. Tico does not display advertising in the app.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s account or data, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, abuse invitations or offers, or use Tico to make decisions that require professional medical judgment. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tico reliable, but the service may be unavailable or delayed because of maintenance, connectivity, store services, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when required.

8. Intellectual property

Tico, its name, visual identity, software, design, and original materials belong to Tico or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is permitted to access it. You may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

9. Ending an account

You can stop using Tico and request account deletion through the app or by contacting us. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel a store subscription; cancel it through Apple or Google. We may retain limited information when required by law, needed for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, or resolving a dispute, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Tico is provided for personal care organization on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not responsible for decisions made solely from app content, interruptions outside our reasonable control, or indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
