Feeding on demand, without rigidity

Hunger cues vary. The best schedule is the one that respects the baby and the family rhythm.

Small babies do not eat on a calendar. Watching for hunger cues and offering breast or bottle when they show up is usually more useful than forcing perfect intervals.

In Tico, logging feeds helps reveal the real rhythm of the day. It organizes memory, but it should not tighten the routine.
